Commerce Referral to Enterprise
Washington State Department of Commerce referred Skyway 120 to Enterprise Community Partners for assessment of project readiness, capacity building, and potential capital-platform pathways.
Entitlement & Predevelopment (In Progress)
Advancing land-use entitlement, environmental review, and predevelopment planning in preparation for formal project financing.
Capital Stack Assembly (Pending)
4% LIHTC / tax-exempt bond financing structure under development. Capital-stack assumptions being verified with Indigo Real Estate Services and prospective lenders.
Construction & Completion (Est. 2029)
Target completion of approximately 120 affordable homes for working families in the Skyway neighborhood.
