About SCHI

The Institutional Home for Community Housing

SCHI is a Washington nonprofit corporation built to be a permanent, community-rooted sponsor for affordable housing — a lasting institution rather than a single project, carrying its mission, governance, and partnerships from one development to the next.

SCHI governs the mission. Skyway 120 demonstrates it. Future projects will build on it.
